Hello, when I read this new book on anxeity & panic disorders and general ways of living our lives, I could not belive all the wonderful information that was packed in this 108 pg book! It made me come to the realization of just how life devastating these disorders can be. But realizing you have these disorders is the first step to recovery and adressing the situations that bring them on.

The chapter "stress is a mess" helped me to identify some of the areas in my life that keep me stressed out. Traffic is one of them. Why I'm always in such a hurry I'll never know, so I need to look for some new routes to take or tarry for a bit until the rush has gone on or just take my time and I'll get there when I get there! This is a very insightful book in many areas, and I hope you enjoy reading it and re-reading it as much as I did. It truly can make you laugh or make you cry. But through it all its a great book. Order this book, you won't be disapointed.

Hi, after reading this book it did set me thinking and gave me the much needed hope I was looking for. It took me back to a simplier way of life,"man i loved that chapter called the kiss factor, lol and stress is a mess". The depression part really helped me out also. I have anxeity & panic attacks and it opened my eyes in a simple to understand way "finally" no big doctor words!

I know now that I can become a fighter and learn to face my fears. Thank you Marc for the part about self medicating like with alcohol and perscription drugs etc. I do agree that these things can greatly inhance the overwhelming feeling of anxeity. Theres just so much info in this little book that could help almost anyone. Well I got to put it in b-for boggie and split, lol. That's also a chapter in the book I like.

The Author is marc murchison and after a two year bout of pure misery having been diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder, he felt inspired to write this self help book.
